Title: POD04 2nd half set list
Post by Leslie Moss on Today at 18:34
I'll come clean. I lost the ***ing thing until about 5 minutes ago, when it reappeared in the bowels of my briefcase, the very same one I'd strip-searched previously naturally.

Yes, at my request at the interval, Cary noted the 2nd half setlist and passed it to me at the end. (No first half list I'm afraid but by a process of elimination ....)

So,
      here
               it
                   is

D
  R
     U
        M

               R
                  O
                     L
                        L

1.        Be Careful When They Offer You the Moon (Guitar)
2.        Senior Citizens (G)
3.        Cover: Southland of the Heart (Bruce Cockburn) (G)
4.        "The King is Dead" (Keyboard) (think this should be A King at Nightfall)
5.         Rider to the World's End (K)
6.        Beware of the Beautiful Stranger (G)
7.        Secret Drinker (K)
8.        Amy's Blues (Just for Me) (K)
9.        Parody; P-O-D Blues (Sessionman's Blues) (K)
10.      Wristwatch for a Drummer (G)

Encore: Cover: My Rockin' Days (Kenny O'Dell) (G)

Thanks for that, Leslie. I think (but I'm not 100% sure) that "The King Is Dead" is correct - I believe Pete did AKAN in the first set.

I'm not 100% sure because neither is Pete! He kindly sent me his preliminary set lists, drawn up before the gig, and warned me that the actual running order was probably different. Your list proves that Pete did indeed change the sequence for the second set.

Steve has kindly added the set lists to the review (http://www.peteatkin.com/podrevpg.htm)  (which I've also revised slightly in the light of recent revelations ;-))

If anyone can remember the actual sequence of the first set, or even parts of it, please let me know, either here or by IM, and we'll get it updated.

Janice - if you'd been there none of this would have been necessary! ;-)

Cheers

Paul
