Just now (aprox 8.17pm) on Radio 2, Stuart Maconie, referring to a song he had just played said "it's one of those songs that mends and breaks your heart all at the same time."

Wonder what he's been listening to!

Well, I guess so, but whatever SM had just played, it sure wasn't the blues or Schubert! Then again, it wasn't GOTT either.
