Title: Re: Misprint Competition Post by Jim Grozier on 30.12.06 at 10:18 I suppose someone who was very interested in solid flooring might be a "screed freak" ... and a couple who are both very keen on food might say "Between us there is noshing." I'm trying really hard, however, not to think about "The man who walked ... " in this context :) Jim. |

Title: Re: Misprint Competition Post by peter g knight on 30.12.06 at 16:51 In putting The pearl-driller into my "top ten Atkin songs" list I originally typed "The pear-driller". I wonder, what would a pear driller actually do, and what kind of hands would they have? Better a pear-driller than an ear-driller, of course. (I know, that's a two-letter misprint, but I didn't hear the instructions properly because I was having my pears drilled). |
